The Malegno joinery, founded in 1969 by the Sicilian Salvatore Maligno. After gaining experience in Switzerland and Canada, Totò Maligno opens a workshop in his home country, Aragona, where he collaborates with important Sicilian architects to create custom-designed works. In 1990 his sons Giuseppe and Carmelo joined the company and in 2005 the carpentry shop moved to a modern building equipped with innovative machinery. In 2010, the Maligno brothers began collaborating with the best architectural firms to create custom-made luxury works, also training the new generations of craftsmen. In 2016 the company continues to grow thanks to staff training and the search for ecological and sustainable solutions. Today the company has high-level orders throughout Europe and the Middle East.
